Take the train! The Amtrak Downeaster stops in Dover, NH 5 minutes from our studio. With at least two day's notice prior to the workshop we will pick you up and drop you off at the station. Please email us if you would like to use this option.

- We are in the "Upper Mill" of the Salmon Falls Mills which is the first mill building you will see. The front door is locked at night, so park down the hill on the right side of the building and use that door. Once you enter the building we are on the right after the Ju Ki Dojo and bathroom. Look for our signs and corkboard. The door is usually left cracked in the winter, just come on in!

- From points WEST (Manchester/Concord). Take Rt-101 East towards Seacoast/Portsmouth, NH. Take Rt-125N exit toward Epping/Kingston. Follow to the Lee traffic circle and take the Route 4 East exit (1st exit off roundabout). Take the Lee/Dover Rt-155 North exit towards Dover onto Madbury Road (take LEFT at end of offramp). Follow Route 155N for 6.3 miles into Dover (it will cross over Rt 16 and will turn into Silver St). Silver St. will “T” into Central Ave at a traffic light. Take a LEFT onto Central Ave and follow into downtown Dover (Rts 108N/9E/4E). At the next traffic light take a RIGHT onto Washington Ave (one-way loop downtown - Rts 108N/9E/4E). The road will bend sharply to the left and then become Main St. Take the next right onto Portland Ave/NH-4 (immediately after “Smiley’s Pizza” and “Mystic Dragon” on the right; there will be a small sign for "Dover Arena"). Follow Portland Ave for ~5 miles to a flashing yellow light – there will be brown and green signs on the right for Rollinsford Business District and Salmon Falls. Turn LEFT onto Roberts Road at the flashing yellow light. Follow this road until it “T’’s into Front Street. The Upper Salmon Falls Mill will be directly in front of you.

- From points NORTH/SOUTH take I-95 to MAINE exit 3 (I-95 north bound) or exit 2 (I-95 south bound) to Rt. 236 North. BOTH OF THESE EXITS ARE IN MAINE (not NH)!
- Drive 10.5 miles along this road until it ends in a “T” at the intersection of Rt 4 and Rt 236 in South Berwick (which actually become one road at that point).
- The lower right corner of the map shows you the end of 236 leading to that “T” intersection.
- At this intersection take a right.
- There is somewhat of a fork in the center town so just stay to the left of that.
- Shortly thereafter you’ll see a big white church on your right and a road across from the church parking lot that shoots off to the left (Main St).
- Take the left onto Main St and follow that all the way down, across a bridge into NH, and it will wrap around and put you in front of the mills.
